I've been there.

For years, I struggled with many of those same challenges. Then menopause added another layer with unexpected weight gain and changes I couldn't ignore. Despite my background in respiratory therapy and naturopathic medicine, I realized that knowledge alone wasn't enough—I needed a different approach to true healing.

My journey into metabolic health began as a mission to help heal the brain of someone I love. What I didn't expect was to discover that my own health was quietly asking for the same attention. Between chronic stress, raising 10 children, and navigating menopause, I found that metabolic healing wasn't just changing someone else's life—it was transforming mine.

What I've learned is both simple and profound: when we give the body what it needs, it has an incredible capacity to heal and restore.

Using low-carb and ketogenic approaches, we address the root drivers of your symptoms. I partner with Lanette Myers, NP, for clinical oversight and lab testing when needed, ensuring your journey is supported from both a coaching and clinical lens.
