Service Agreement
1. Scope of Coaching Services
The Client acknowledges that Coaching & Educational Services provided by Changing Metabolic Health are designed to offer education and support regarding metabolic wellness, lifestyle habits, and root-cause mapping. These services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Responsibility
The Client is encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider before making significant changes to their diet, supplement regimen, or lifestyle. Participation in these services is voluntary, and the Client assumes full responsibility for their health decisions and any outcomes resulting from the educational information provided. You understand that Changing Metabolic Health provides education and support as health coaching services and not as medical practice.
3. Confidentiality and Community
For Group Coaching participants, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our community. Information shared within the group setting is to remain private. Changing Metabolic Health respects Client privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clarity calls and group sessions are scheduled in advance. While we understand that life happens, we request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Group coaching fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced, as materials and seats are limited.
