My Journey

Perhaps you're like me.

Years of poor choices eventually led to a radical turnaround born out of necessity, followed by decades of making much better ones. I embraced the quinoa salads, the overflowing plates of greens, vegetable-forward meals with lean protein, and healthy fats.

And those fats? I loved them. Really loved them. But I always thought, Not in this lifetime.

I immersed myself in the research on the microbiome and the incredible benefits of eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. The more diversity, the better. I genuinely believed I was doing everything right.

One thing I struggled with, though, was getting enough protein from whole foods. I avoided protein powders and, if I'm honest, I'm not sure I ever consistently met the recommended amount. But I certainly tried.

Then my early 50s arrived—and everything changed.

Almost overnight, my inflammation skyrocketed. To be fair, an enormous amount of stress entered my life at the same time, but my body simply couldn't adapt. It felt like it had turned against me.

Running, which had always been part of my life, became painful. My carefully honed nutrition no longer seemed to be enough. I continued using supportive therapies I believed in, like far-infrared (FIR) sauna and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). I eliminated the foods my testing showed were inflammatory for my body.

So why was I still so inflamed?

The bloating wouldn't go away. I developed Morton's neuroma, plantar fasciitis, and severe inflammation along my IT band. Thankfully, these didn't all happen at once—but they also never fully resolved.

Then came something I never expected.

I began exploring therapeutic ketosis for brain health.

That was the moment everything changed.

It didn't just improve my health—it completely shifted the way I understood healing.

I couldn't help but wonder: What if we could create the conditions for our bodies to truly heal? What if we could dramatically improve our health by changing our metabolic environment?

Despite recent testing suggesting I didn't digest proteins or fats well, I decided to give it a try.

The adjustment wasn't effortless, but once my body adapted, the changes were undeniable.

My bloating disappeared completely.

The 30 pounds of stress weight came off.

Day by day, my inflammation continued to decrease.

I felt like I had my body back.

Naturally, I invited friends to join me. I wanted to see whether my experience was unique or whether others could benefit too. Many of them, like me, had spent years eating predominantly plant-based diets. The idea of eating this way challenged everything we thought we knew.

We laughed.

We questioned it.

We may have even gagged at the thought of putting butter in our coffee.

But curiosity kept pulling me forward.

The hundreds of hours I invested studying metabolism, nutrition, therapeutic ketosis, and the science behind it, not to mention my loved one's lives improving, became the foundation for everything I now share.

This program was born from that journey—not from perfection, but from persistence, curiosity, and a desire to help others find hope.

My deepest hope is that this program blesses you and the people you love. I hope it encourages you to ask questions, look closely at your own health, and discover the truths your body may be trying to tell you. As you begin looking at your numbers, my prayer is that you find not only information, but transformation.

With much love,

Angie
